Please note: It is parents' responsibility to provide updated Immunisation history statements from Medicare to your child's kindergarten teacher prior to commencing kinder and throughout the year if your child receives immunisation updates. 

As we require updated immunisation history statements directly from Medicare in order for your child to attend kinder, please ensure that you continue to provide us with updated copies as your child receives their immunisations throughout the year, as it is all parents' responsibility to do so. Staff will also continue to send out reminders for updates throughout the kinder year.
