Kids gone WildA new SBS documentary looks at the positive impact of children being allowed to play freely in nature.
The biggest risk is keeping kids indoorsA recent study was conducted in Canada, regarding the importance of physical activity for children and youth. Entitled "The biggest risk is keeping kids indoors", it sets out the findings of The Child and Nature Alliance of Canada and collaborated with Forest School Canada. The take away message from this report was: "Just get out of the way, and let them play"
